Over the last three years, we have carried out a number of focus groups, creative workshops, and interactive presentations. The aim of these sessions was:
In this section, you can download a copy of the presentation we have used to deliver training to Youth Workers and colleagues who work with young people and would like to explore their knowledge and attitudes towards sectarianism and Social Media.
In addition, you can download a copy of our Ketso Workshop Plan. We used an interactive "hands on" toolkit called 'Ketso' in order to facilitate discussion. 'Ketso' means "action" in Losotho, where it was invented. It has been refined over two decades of action research with communities across the globe. With Ketso, everyone can participate and be more creative.
A survey is also available to download which may be used beforehand in order to guage attitudes and behaviours of young people, and can also help Youth Workers place focus on discussion when using the Ketso Workshop Plan.
If you are based in South Lanarkshire, and planning to run a workshop, and would like to borrow the Ketso toolkit, please contact us on the details below.
