Community Links COVID Response
Community Links offices remain closed. We are committed to caring for the health and well-being of our staff, volunteers and service users. We review updates from Scottish Government regularly and are taking the necessary steps and actions to ensure that, when our projects and services are up and running again, they fully comply with health and safety guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all.
Despite face-to-face community outreach projects being suspended, the team are still working hard and continue to provide services online/remotely:
We support members of our community to use the Internet as a tool to increase employability (Universal Credit, CV’s, online job applications etc.) and financial capability. This is a FREE service offered to residents of South Lanarkshire. If you need to speak to someone regarding our SELECT Project, or would like to make an appointment, please call Iain Macdonald on 07834 652110 or email: email@example.com
We continue to support local residents who live in Hillhouse, Udston and Burnbank. For more information about what services/projects are available locally, please contact Kimberly Keys on or email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Our Community Development Worker continues to offer to support to community members in Strutherhill and Birkenshaw. We can advise you on the services that are available locally. For more information, please contact Liz on or email: email@example.com
FOOD BANK PROVISION
We are currently unable to issue Food Bank vouchers. If you require a Food Bank voucher, please search online for your local food bank or contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau office for advice.
For general enquiries about who we are, what we do or how we can help, please call us on (01698) 827583, email: firstname.lastname@example.org, or send us a message via our Facebook Page @CommunityLinksSL.
